Accessibility Statement
At BCD Sleep, we hold the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence. That includes using our website. We want every patient and visitor to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or voice control.
Our standard
We build and test this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most often used for website accessibility under the ADA. Accessibility is built into the site itself: readable text contrast, clear headings, descriptions for images, full keyboard access, and layouts that hold up when text is enlarged or viewed on a phone.
What we have done
Reviewed every page of the site against WCAG 2.1 AA in October 2026 and fixed the issues we found.
We re-check the site every quarter and after any major change.
Optional accessibility tool
The round accessibility button on each page (provided by UserWay) lets you adjust text size, contrast, spacing and other display settings. It is optional. The site is designed to work without it, and with your own browser, device and assistive technology settings.
Content from other companies
Some features come from outside companies, such as embedded Google Maps, social media links and links to other websites. We do not control that content. If any of it gets in your way, tell us and we will help you another way.
We are here to help
We are here to assist you and make your experience as smooth and inclusive as possible. If you encounter an accessibility issue on our website or with our services, or need information related to digital accessibility, we want to hear from you. Tell us which page and what happened. We will work to fix it, and in the meantime we will get you the information or service another way.
